2010 Prescription For Happiness Contest
In collaboration with Quebec pharmacists, the Quebec Society for Disabled Children will hold its fourteenth edition of the Prescription For Happiness Contest. Entry forms are now available. Participate, talk to your pharmacist and you may win a free stay at Camp Papillon during the Summer 2010. The draw will be held in early June 2010.

Registration - Summer 2010
The best days of the Summer

To register at Camp Papillon, you must complete the Summer 2010 pre-registration form. You will later receive the information booklet which contains all the details concerning your registration at Camp Papillon: transportation, medication and treatments, clothing and other items to bring, etc. You must also provide certain information to help us to prepare for your stay, including a medical report.

However, please take note that pre-registrations will only be accepted after January 4th, 2010.

After the abovementioned date, registrations will be treated, among others, on a first come, first served basis. Places are limited.

Grant
The cost of a stay at Camp Papillon is $1,538. The Quebec Society for Disabled Children offers to eligible families who register their child at Camp a grant of up to 60% of the total cost of a stay. The grant is determined, among others, by gross family income. Details relative to the Society's Grant Policy are included in the information booklet.
