To register at Camp Papillon, you must complete the Summer 2008 pre-registration form. You will later receive the information booklet which contains all the details concerning your registration at Camp Papillon: transportation, medication and treatments, clothing and other items to bring, etc. You must also provide certain information to help us to prepare for your stay, including a medical report.

Grant
The cost of a stay at Camp Papillon is $1,420. The Quebec Society for Disabled Children offers to eligible families who register their child at Camp a grant of up to 60% of the total cost of a stay. The grant is determined, among others, by gross family income. Details relative to the Society's Grant Policy are included in the information booklet.
